The most laid back Cold Call I've ever had

Hello this is. My name is Hayden, how are you? Yeah I'm alright. That's the way. Look I was just giving you a quick buzz mate in regards to the co-living and rooming house ads you got going at the moment, is that right? Yes, this is true. Yeah, perfect. Look I was just giving you a call today to see whether or not you guys need any help with actually calling up the leads that come off your ads at all. Oh not at the moment, they're not coming in that fast yet. That's right. I see you got a few ads going at the moment, so they're bringing in some leads, but not as many as you originally thought? Uh no, they are bringing in some leads. They're not as qualified as I'd hope to be, but yeah. It's so it's I've only been running the campaign for a couple weeks. Yeah, absolutely. Is it just yourself calling up the leads or you got a team for that? No, it's just me at the moment. Okay. Well to give you a bit of context about what we do, is essentially I run a company called Speed to Lead, which is an Australian call center that's basically specializing on the property sector. So what we do is we have a team of Australian appointment setters that are trained in the property sector that will essentially call up your leads on a commission basis and only charge if they are a qualified appointment that shows up. Yeah, that's interesting. Yeah, do you reckon that might be something that might spark your interest about maybe learning a little bit more? Uh yeah, it's always worth learning a little bit more I guess. Yeah, no 100%. I mean just out of curiosity, when would you be available for maybe a quick 20-minute video call where we can go over the process? That's a good question. Are you same time tomorrow? Are you free? Uh no, tomorrow is completely booked out. Wednesday though, that's a possibility. Can we do Wednesday at the same time as now? So be about 1:00 Australian, ah South Australia. Yeah, that's right.
