if I only had 1 day to prepare for interviews, here's what I would do
Step 1: I make a list of the skills I'll get asked about. Here's an example for product management
these are the major themes from 100+ interviews I've done in my career
Step 2: I pick one of the skills
Step 3: I brainstorm 1 story that is relevant to that skill. I create 1 row per story. For each story, I write down the situation and stakes, action, result
each row is 1 story
Step 4: I look at the list of skills and select additional skills that this story could be relevant for. that way, I can reuse the same story for multiple q's!
