Cut out any empty space in your video. Any mistakes you make while filming, any pauses, any filler words, cut it all out. #2 Add subtitles. Most people watch videos with the sound off and it's much easier to follow along with subtitles. #3 Change your tone. Talk louder or talk quieter. #4 Keep the viewer guessing. Create 'mini hooks' in your video. For example, when I said in the beginning of this video, 'Even if you follow the first 3, you need the 4th one to crush this.' It keeps you waiting for the 4th one and you want to find out why it's so important. Make sure to keep in mind.
