American Express. Last summer and our customer service is actually really good. Welcome to this morning, check my credit card and saw that I had to pay interest for some reason. I've never paid for interest. My credit card could never afford that. I called the number on the back of my card and literally 30 seconds later, I'm talking to an actual human. They explained that I like didn't pay my stuff off in time and so because I have to pay a little bit of interest. I'm like, okay, like how can I make sure I don't pay this interest again? And they were like, yeah, like you can do this. Also, we've decided to reverse the charge because it's pretty clear that you're paying off everything in time. And then I was like, oh, wonderful when it comes to the amount of points. I've been accumulating on this card. And they're like, okay, cool, sounds good. So they go into my card history and they're like, okay, so these are the three different ways you can earn points. And this is where you are at each stage and then this is what you're doing well. When I got this card, I had to pay $20,000 in the first year in order to get like a bunch of points. I don't really know where I'm at when it comes to that milestone. So I was able to ask them and they told me, oh, I was like, X amount. And then while I was looking at my points, I was like, wait a minute, why have I just lost 6,0 interest on you and we caught that it was late, but because it's not late and we're going to reverse everything like you're going to have all that back. I've never really banked with any other bank, but with American Express, every single time I've called them, they've been very, very quick. I finished this calling like 10 minutes. I had all my questions answered and more. And over the summer at AMC, I would call up customer service or to ask questions about like the work that I was doing.
