While I was getting my MBA at Wharton, I got into the startup accelerator. There were only seven students accepted and the rest of them were AI startups, obviously, and I was the only product-based company that also had over six figures in revenue and collaborations with billion-dollar brands, right? And I remember one time at the pitch competition at the end of the year, one of the investors heard my pitch and then asked me the question, well, why not just be an influencer? Two other influencers who were both men also presented at that pitch competition and both of them had 10 times more following than I did. They also just had an idea. Nobody asked them, why not just be an influencer? Because the answer is obvious. Being an influencer can get you pretty far, but can it get you a 10, 15, 20 million dollar business, not without a lot of infrastructure. What makes you think I wouldn't want that? I want to make white boy money too. Like, I don't want to limit myself and be like, oh, I think maybe I could get to like seven figures or something like that if I worked really hard. White men don't think like that. They think, how can I raise 10 million dollars off of this one deck and like an AI stack that I actually genuinely have no idea how it works. With the rise of social media and AI, if we continue to play small and think about how we just need to work harder to get somewhere, we are going to lose. Whatever your unfair advantages are, play into them yesterday. And whatever your big dream is, 10x it and train your brain and your nervous system to go to that 10x level. Yes, we have a ton of oppression in this world, but we also have a huge opportunity as women to use our economic influence and the genius that we've had for centuries to take it to the next level. So, I just published a podcast episode on exactly how you need to do this. You need to be building your personal brand online. You need to be transitioning your mindset from being low agency to high agency. That means you say I can do it when something comes in front of you, not, oh my god, why is this happening to me? You need to stop looking at the rules to validate whether or not you've done something right and start looking at the way you can impact others from your natural skills and values, okay? So, go listen to Too Smart For This. Don't be stupid. Thanks.
