This is five things you're doing on your website that's losing you customers in 60 seconds. My name is Chris. I own a family-based digital marketing company. I've been doing this for 10 years, so let me help you out. Number one, your website is slow. 53% of people are leaving your website if it doesn't load quickly. The biggest culprit are your images. So manually compress them or use a plugin like Imageify. Smaller files equals faster website. No. 2, your hero section sucks. This is the most important part of your website. You need to let people know what you do, who you do it for, what problem you solve, and give them a clear next step. It needs to be so simple a caveman could do it. Number three, there's too much friction on your contact form. Whether it's a contact form or a quote, you need to make it as simple as possible. Stop asking for their blood type. Stop asking for their in-law's last name. Make it easy so they can reach out to you and you can get the sale. No. 4, you don't have enough social proof. We need Google reviews, we need testimonials, we need case studies. At the end of the day, people buy from people. So the more they trust you and your outcomes, the more likely they are to reach out. And No. 5, arguably the most important one of all, your website doesn't look professional. The only analogy I have for this is if you walked into a shop with flickering lights and a leak coming out of the roof and some strange brown substance all over the floor, you'd be like, this place is a dump. I'm not gonna shop here, I'm not gonna buy from here. It's the same thing with your website. It needs to look sleek, it needs to look modern. It needs to have a good professional design. People are making these judgements in a fraction of a second, and that first visual impression is arguably one of the most important things. Run through this checklist, send it to somebody who needs it, and I hope you make your website better.
