USING OPENCLAW COMPLETELY WRONG

Stop using OpenClaw. I don't believe most things I see online, but I definitely don't believe anything on April 1st. I usually stay off social media. But I'm being serious. You're using OpenClaw wrong. Let me explain. So I've been running OpenClaw for a while, and I tried to make it my autonomous agent that does everything for me. As I run a venture studio, I do a lot of different things in my business. Marketing, content, outreach, landing pages, full builds, everything. I literally do all of that and and manage all of that in my business, along with managing clients and everything that I do. Time consuming, but it involves reasoning. I made a big change in the way we're using OpenClaw, and this has made the biggest impact in my business. First, if you hire somebody, you're not hiring them to do everything in your business. No one is going to replicate you and your company if you're coming up from the ground up and doing everything. And you cannot treat OpenClaw like that as an extension of yourself. So what did I do? I took the thing in our company that would make the most impact and I trained OpenClaw on how to be the best in our company to do that one thing. It's not managing ads. It's not outreach. It's not things that I can do without OpenClaw. It's managing our project builds in Claude Code. So I hatched a new OpenClaw to manage our I trained it to do QA and oversee Claude Code as it's building. So that's the biggest thing that I've seen from people after running this thing for a few months and talking to thousands of people. They're trying to have OpenClaw do too much and by trying training it to do too much, it does nothing well. Have it be proficient at one thing in your business that would have a massive impact. For us, it's shipping with Claude Code. So I run dangerously skip permissions and I let OpenClaw manage our Claude Code. This is allowing us to do more and ship more and ship faster overnight so I can wake up and we have product ready to ship. What's product? Landing pages, CRMs, more complex builds.
