What was the prep like for those VS shows? I was prepping with a trainer called Justin Gelband. He used a lot of like resistance bands and these little discs. We did boxing and we did running. To be honest, I'm more of like a yoga chill girl, so I had to really get into that other side of myself, which I can do. But my natural essence is like yoga, pilates. So it sounds like you've had a very healthy relationship with your body and prepping for these shows. I mean, I have to imagine that you're in the minority with that. Yeah, from my experience, a lot of girls struggled and were very harsh on themselves. I on the other hand came from a nutrition background. I studied as a certified health coach and so instead of counting calories, I was focusing on nutrients. What nutrients does this feed my body with? How much energy am I going to get from this? Will this be feeding my muscles? That's where my mindset was. And also I I had this 80/20 rule. Let's be 80% healthy and 20% indulgent because then when you're not depriving yourself of something, the body feels like, oh, okay, I can have it. And I found what works for me is doing it that way where I felt like I could have an indulgence if I wanted, but primarily I was focused on filling my body with nutrients and feeling my best. Because at the end of the day, I really feel health is wealth. If you take care of your body, it really is like a temple and it will take care of you.
