The biggest breakthrough I had in business wasn't a strategy, it was a system. And it's a really simple system, and I'm going to tell it to you right now. So, get your notes. It's not going to take long. If you run a business, any business, the first thing you're going to do is realize that your entire business runs on three domains: growth, finance, and operations. Okay? Growth is growth, marketing, sales. Finance is the money. Operations is the engine. You're going to set a goal for each of those just for the next year, for the next 12 months, okay? You don't need to look out three years or five years. I'm telling you it's science fiction. Right? Ask anybody who set a plan in 2018 that was five years if they ever came back to it. Set a goal for each one of those. One simple goal. Then, execute on monthly cycles, okay? Not quarterly, not six-week sprints, follow the calendar. Make sure that every month, you or your team works on at least one thing that moves you meaningfully toward each of those goals in growth, finance, and operations, every month. That's it. At the end of the month, measure whether it was executed or failed. There needs to be accountability. So, did we execute or did we fail? If you do this, it will change your entire business. It's clear accountability, everybody knows exactly where you're headed because you have three very simple goals, and you're growing balanced. You can do this and run this system with a sticky note, okay? But if you want to, I did make a software selfishly for myself. Other businesses use it now, but you can use it as 10 bucks a month, okay? A user. And it does exactly that. The only thing that it gives you is that it adds an extra AI layer where when people submit their ideas on what to work on for the next month, it checks it to see if it's actually moving you meaningfully toward it. Run the system, it will change your entire business. I get it, okay? There's lots of other things you can focus on, marketing and sales, but you simply need to stay focused and move toward a goal. If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there. You need velocity in business, which requires speed and direction.
