What do you think the most underrated leadership quality is today? I have an opinion on this. I'll share it. But, your years first. I've read a lot of leadership books. I've been in some form of leadership since I was 19 and I'm 43, however old I am right now. And I think there's a lot of qualities that are talked about and written about and expanded on, and there's a lot of videos now that people talk about top leadership qualities. I talk about leadership qualities, but there's one that's really underrated. So I'm not saying the most important, I'm just saying it's really underrated and not talked about enough. It's kindness. Basic kindness. We do not teach enough of that from a leadership perspective, that you being kind to people is wonderful leadership. Because you can't be a leader if you look behind you and no one's there, no one wants to follow you. Kindness is easy.
