Stuff your CEO won't tell you that I will. If you're getting a 3% raise you're NOT really getting a raise. The cost of living increased, cola, Social Security Administration announced for was 2.8 percent. That means you need to get at least 2.8 percent more to keep your same purchasing power. Your CEO's not gonna tell you that because increases sound like increases. But if you're running a business, if you're a CEO, you need to be giving cost of living increases and then bonuses or pay increases separate from that. Those are two separate issues. Let me say it again, two separate issues. And because I come from a biblical business worldview, if you are in a business, you're not paying your people, you're leading from a place of greed. And God is very clear, you can't serve God and money. And the great antidote to greed is generosity. Your people, especially if you run a biblical business, should be well paid. Well paid. Be generous.
