🎉🐾 NOLA’S FREEDOM RIDE 🐾🎉 When I met Nola for the very first time, she was curled up in her bed. I soon learned that she was sick, but not only that, she was heartbroken. At just 10 months old, Nola spent her days lying in her bed, day after day. She had been surrendered by her family because they could no longer care for her, and the shelter had become her world. I shared Nola’s story, and that’s when something incredible happened. A family saw her video and decided to come meet her. Watching Nola meet them is a moment I will never forget. The puppy I had met before seemed completely different. She was no longer the heartbroken girl lying in her bed. It was almost as if she knew these were her people and had been waiting for them all along. Kevin and his little girl came to meet her first. Then his wife brought their dog brother for a meet-and-greet, and everything went as perfectly as we could have hoped. The very next day, they came back to take Nola home. Today, Nola’s life is filled with joy, love, adventures, and family. Her biggest worry now is figuring out where her tennis ball rolled. 🎾 Her little sister adored her from the very moment they met, and she even decided that Nola needed a new name. Cupcake. 🧁 Honestly, I think it fits her perfectly.
