Let's make homemade cookie butter syrup

i’ve made a lot of homemade coffee syrups…this cookie butter one is still one of my favorites 🤎 rich, cozy, and it melts perfectly into a shaken espresso. if you’re a biscoff fan, you have to try this one! 🍪cookie butter coffee syrup🍪 ½ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup water ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter 2 tbsp vanilla pinch of salt add the white sugar, brown sugar, and water to a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes. remove from the heat and stir in the cookie butter until completely melted and smooth. stir in the vanilla and salt, let cool, then pour into a bottle.
