I'm making my chicken breasts and I want to show you in depth how I make it because I swear I make the best. I feel like most chicken breast recipes are so dry and bland and I always used to opt for chicken thigh because of that. And now I honestly crave chicken breast because I've mastered it. I've already gotten started, but this is the chicken breast I use. It's from Kirkland. And I specifically get boneless and skinless. Just because skinless is a little bit healthier. I put it in a bowl. First step, you want to go ham with the seasoning. I want you to be so heavy-handed. I'm getting up close and personal. Like this is a seasoned chicken. I want flavor, you guys. Flavor. So I use onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt. And then a little drizzle of olive oil. And you're just gonna work the seasoning into the chicken. Like really work it. Like low-key like you're kneading dough, okay? And the unconventional part that I swear is my secret touch that chefs are probably gonna roll over in their grave right now. But this is the key. The big fatty breast. See how thick that is? You're gonna take your kitchen shears. Make sure they're clean, please. Ready for this? Watch. I want you to literally puncture. You see what I'm doing? Down. The chicken breast. Not in any particular order. I'm not cutting it. Using it as if it was two knives. You see the puncture holes? I know some chefs is like, what the hell? But guys, I am telling you, I make the juiciest chicken breast and this is how I do it. I don't know if it allows for like the juices to go into the chicken breast more or what the science is, but it works. Alright, I'm ready to go. Now I'm putting these in the air fryer. 400 degrees for about 18 to 20 minutes. It kind of just depends on the thickness of the chicken. But specifically, I also put it skin side. And I flip the chicken when it's about 70% through the cooking time. So 18 to 20 minutes. Don't mind the outfit change. I'm going somewhere. Chicken reveal. First of all, look at that. Do you hear that? Crispy. Beautiful. You guys, do you see this? Like, I don't even know if you can see it. I hope you can. How not dry it is. Yeah. That was the big one too. I used to be a chicken hater. People in my life know. I was on a chicken hiatus for like a year or two years. I just would not eat chicken because I thought chicken was so dry and gross and tasteless. And then I was determined to reclaim chicken. So cheers. And on the outside. I used to be a chicken hater.
