One of the best things about this routine? It costs absolutely nothing. It only takes 9 minutes. And it’s not so strenuous that you can’t do it again later in the day if you want to. I often do these movements twice a day—once in the morning to wake my body up and occasionally later on to loosen up after work or a gym session. Since making this a daily habit, I’ve personally noticed: ✅ Significantly less shoulder pain ✅ Less knee pain ✅ Better range of movement and mobility ✅ Less stiffness when I wake up ✅ More energy throughout the day ✅ Better recovery after training ✅ A more positive mindset If you’d like to join me, here’s the routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops – 60 seconds ✅ Body Waves – 60 seconds ✅ Trunk Twists – 60 seconds ✅ Arm Swings – 60 seconds ✅ Dead Arms – 60 seconds ✅ Golf Swings – 60 seconds ✅ Ballet Squats – 60 seconds ✅ Marches – 60 seconds ✅ Horseback Stance – 60 seconds 💾 Save this video. 🔁 Play it on loop. ⏱️ Do each movement for 60 seconds before moving on to the next. Give it a couple of weeks and see how you feel. If you know someone who always wakes up stiff, achy, or says they “don’t have time” to look after themselves… 📤 Share this with them. Nine minutes a day could become one of the best investments they make in their health. #MorningRoutine #TaiChi #Mobility #JointHealth #MovementIsMedicine
