Spend the morning with me as someone who's 24, still living with their parents, working a corporate 9-5, creating content on the side, looking for a new job, and hoping to buy a home by the end of the year. A couple of nights a week, I wake up at 4:30 AM, creating content on the side, looking for a new job, and hoping to buy a home by the end of the year. A couple of nights a week, I wake up at 4:30 AM, hopefully. Yeah, me. Trust me, I know. Some days it feels like I'm trying to balance a million different things at once, but if there's one thing that keeps me grounded, it's routine, especially in the mornings. I know waking up at 4:30 AM probably sounds crazy to some people, but it's honestly my favorite part of the day. It's part of my routine, and I'm brushing my teeth. It's only completely before emails, meetings, content deadlines, and everything else starting. I truly don't think I'd be able to juggle everything I do without it. Every weekday, except Thursdays, my alarm goes off at 4:30 AM. I head to the gym and follow a program from my coach, so I never have to think about what I'm doing. I just show up, put in the work, and move on with my day. Keeping my workouts efficient was a huge game-changer. Today was a work from home day, which meant I could take my time a little more in the gym and still be home around 7:00 AM. One of the things I'm most grateful for is having a hybrid job. I work in risk management and insurance, specifically employee benefits consulting, and I genuinely love what I do. The people I work with are also chapter bittersweet. To year, which means I eventually have to say goodbye to a job and a team that means so much to me. It's exciting, but it's also a little scary starting over. For now though, I'm just trying to enjoy the season. One workout, one work day, and one step at a time because no matter how busy life gets, my mornings are the one constant I can always count on.
