This positions you as a teacher who
plans every lesson with purpose -
not one who just follows a program!
A strong answer
might sound like ...
'I analyse assessment data and
previous checks for understanding to
identify misconceptions and determine
student readiness. From there, I
establish clear learning intentions and
success criteria that target the next
stage of mathematical learning'.
That's the language panels
listen for!
