🧨 Your placement is FULL of evidence you’ll need later. The problem is… you probably won’t remember half of it. 😂 That differentiated lesson that finally clicked. The student you helped re-engage. The behaviour strategy you changed because the first one didn’t work. The assessment data you used to adjust your teaching. The feedback your mentor gave you. The conversation, reflection or tiny moment of impact that doesn’t feel particularly significant right now. Then interview time comes around and suddenly you’re being asked: “Tell us about a time when…” …and you KNOW you’ve done it.
