Takeaway cravings? Make this instead

ad I dont know about you but I regularly get those kebab shop craving so tonight instead of ordering in we had a fakeaway at home & made these quick & easy vegetarian chicken shawarma kebabs using @Quorn Pieces. You will 100% be wanting to make this every time those kebab cravings hit. The best bit? You can have this ready in under 20 minutes, same flavours without the wait & delivery fee for a fraction of the price. Send this to someone who is your bad influence when it comes to caving to a takeaway if you are also trying to save the pennies & cut back on ordering in! To make 2 kebabs you will need: For Quorn - 300g Quorn Pieces 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp coriander Pinch salt & pepper For kebab - 2 flatbreads 3 tbsp garlic mayo 2 tbsp sriracha sauce 2 salad tomatoes diced 2 tbsp picked onions Sides - 100g fries 125g halloumi To a bowl add the Quorn Pieces & the rest of the ingredients then mix well until evenly coated. Add to an ovenproof dish then bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C along with the fries. Whilst that is cooking prep the salad & cook off the halloumi in a pan. Once the Quorn Pieces are cooked remove from the dish then finely chop. To the flatbreads add the garlic mayo, Quorn Pieces, pickled onions, tomatoes, fries & hot sauce then wrap up. Serve with the halloumi & additional salad on the side then enjoy!
