If you apply to this school, apply to that school. If you apply to this school, apply to that school. The first pair of schools is Brown University and Wesleyan University. So these new England based schools have very creative, politically engaged, and artsy student bodies. So chances are if you embody any of those types of traits, you are going to enjoy either of these schools in terms of their student body and kind of the vibe that they get. Additionally, both of these schools have a curriculum which encourage students to take classes in a lot of different types of subjects, purely based on interest. So if you don't want to be constrained by rigid academic requirements, you are also going to like the academic structure of both Brown and Wesleyan. The next pair of schools is Yale and Vanderbilt. Now I've not seen many people compare either of these two schools, but what I do know for sure as a Vanderbilt graduate and as someone who has friends at Yale is that both of these schools have a residential college system, which really fosters this work hard, play hard culture. And so yes, while we do have very competitive academics, both of them also like to have fun. And on top of the fact that both of these schools are generally regarded as having the happiest students, both of them also pour a lot of money and energy into their undergraduate experience, which means that from orientation to the data that you graduate, there are many opportunities for you to engage in student body and the school puts on events and different programming for students to, you know, explore things outside of classes and extracurriculars. When you are applying to colleges and the next few months, it's really important to think about what schools you might be a good fit for, not just academically, but also outside of the classroom. And you might as well kill two birds with one stone by applying to two schools with similar vibes.
