Apple secretly added 3 settings without letting you know. To turn them off, go into Settings, scroll down to Privacy & Security, go down until you see Research Sensor & Usage Data. And turn it off. Apple signed you up for a research program and your iPhone has been sending your health and location data to strangers. Now go back and go into Journaling Suggestions. Turn off all. This on lets Apple track your location, contacts, and music, videos, and more for a journal app you've never opened. Go back and go into Privacy & Security. Go into Apple Advertising. Turn off personalized ads. Turning off personalized ads will limit Apple's ability to personalize your ad experience, but will not reduce the number of ads you receive. Make sure you have these off and share this with a friend that needs it.
