When do you replace the ice? Whenever you want. When we design Contour Cube, we designed it to be used over and over again. After each use, just pop the lid back on and put it back in the freezer. The next time you're ready to reuse it, run it under water for a few seconds to reveal a fresh layer of ice. If you're using it every day for up to one minute, one fill usually last around a week, sometimes even longer. Over time, you'll notice the ice naturally shapes to your face, which I actually love because it glides really nicely. Then whenever it gets a bit too small, just pop the ice out and Refill it and freeze it again.
