Did we just create Australia’s most viral cookie? We tried to help a local gelato store go viral in the middle of winter. The first new product launch didn't go viral so we went back, found a better product, and tested something completely new - the Cookie Bomb. We tried to release a new gelato flavour, but it didn't take off as we'd hope. So we did some research and found a warm fudgy chocolate cookie with gelato on top. We thought this could be the next big thing and after days of experimenting and trying to nail the recipe, we managed to get a good product. After posting videos online, it was very clear we had found a viral product, but views don't always equate to customers. We just have to wait if the crowd
