It’s flooding season, New York — but city government is prepared.  This morning, we announced a $43.2 million expansion in the Bureau of Coastal Resiliency — a team of engineers, field inspectors, and city planners ready to protect our city from flooding.   As extreme weather and flooding becomes more frequent, we’re making sure New York City has both the infrastructure and the experts needed to protect our communities.   We’re not just preparing for the storm of today, but the storm of tomorrow.
