Yesterday I slept with a strong determination that today no matter what I was gonna make Pho. Like nobody can stop me kinda vibe 🤫 Then I made it and when I was about to taste it I opened my eyes it was a dream 🫠 Looked at my phone and it was 2:30pm. Couldn’t make it today. So here’s what I made in 10 mins instead haha. Vietnamese Inspired Egg Tofu Prawn Omelette Curry 🍳🤍 Ingredients 1. Egg tofu 14,000 VND ($0.54) — USA: ~$2.22 2. Prawns, marinated in chilli flakes, curry powder and salt 20,000 VND ($0.77) — USA: ~$3.00 3. Ca ri paste + milk 1,000 VND ($0.04) — USA: ~$0.50 4. Garlic 600 VND ($0.02) — USA: ~$0.15 5. Tomato 1,000 VND ($0.04) — USA: ~$0.20 6. Cilantro 400 VND ($0.02) — USA: ~$0.15 7. Eggs 2 (5k) My total: approx $1.62 Estimated USA total: approx $6.72 Always remember, having a student loan is ok, not having your life together is ok, problems are ok they all come and go just keep going bro.
