When I was living in England I used to complain about the weather all the time now I kinda miss it, weird innit 🙂‍↔️ Today was surprisingly windy and it reminded me of those grey rainy days back home. Had to make something comforting. 🤍 Panko Tofu in Spicy Savoury Sauce 🌿✨ Ingredients 1. Silken tofu 12,000 VND ($0.46) - UK: £1.50 - USA: $2.29 2. Panko mixed with paprika and garlic powder 1,000 VND ($0.04) - UK: £0.20 - USA: $0.20 3. Sauce: fish sauce, water, red chilli chopped, lime juice, sugar, shallots, spring onions 3,000 VND ($0.12) - UK: £0.40 - USA: $0.50 My total: approx $0.62 Estimated UK total: approx £2.10 Estimated USA total: approx $2.99 Directions 1. Poke holes in the silken tofu and gently coat in the panko spice mix. 2. Spray with oil and air fry on high heat for 7-8 minutes until crispy. 3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the tofu. 4.
