Important ‼️ If you’re building stronger arms and upper body at home, you don’t need dozens of exercises. 🙅🏼♀️ You need a handful of proven staples that you can progressively get stronger at over time. 💪🏼 The 5 (standing) moves shown here are some of my favorites: ✔️ wide to hammer curls ✔️ around the world to underhand raises ✔️ arnold press ✔️ tricep kickbacks ✔️ neutral grip rows I’m using 10lbs-22.5lbs dumbbells for these moves. 🫡 But that doesn’t mean you need to use the same weight I am. Choose a weight that challenges you while allowing you to maintain great form from your first rep to your last. Remember: Consistency and progression matter far more than the number on the dumbbell. One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that you need a fully equipped gym to build strong, defined arms. The truth? A few dumbbells, a little space, and a structured plan can take you a long way. These five moves target your biceps, shoulders, triceps, and back, giving you a well-rounded upper body workout without overcomplicating things. Save this for your next upper body workout and tell me…which move would humble you the fastest? 😂👇🏼 For me? Around the World to Underhand Raises. They look innocent…until they aren’t. 🥵 Follow for more dumbbell only workouts 🫡 #armworkout #armday #upperbody #workoutroutine
