Here what I did ⬇️ It doesn’t always FEEL like it’s working while you’re in the middle of it. That’s why you keep going. 👏🏼 There’s one year between these two versions of me, and nothing I did was extreme. What I DID do: ➡️ Strength trained with ONLY dumbbells 3–5x/week ➡️ Followed my structured weekly workout plan instead of doing random workouts ➡️ Focused on progressively getting stronger ➡️ Walked 10–12k steps most days ➡️ Ate balanced meals with protein, carbs + fats ➡️ Stopped expecting every week to be perfect ➡️ Kept showing up anyway That last one matters more than you think. 👀 You don’t need to overhaul your entire life on Monday. Pick a few things you can realistically repeat for the next 6-12 months. Because the workouts that feel ordinary today are the ones that add up. The walks add up. The stronger dumbbells add up. The meals add up. The days you showed up when you didn’t feel like it add up. You may not see it happening day to day. Keep going anyway. ❤️ #workoutmotivation #postpartum #homeworkout #workoutroutine
