POV: Having to explain to the Executives that employees have lives

I know. I know. They've been scanning into the building a little bit later than everybody else. They've got kids. I understand it's summertime. But the kids aren't in school. They've got summer programs. Those programs don't start early as school does. So they get into the office a little bit later. That she doesn't have kids. I know that she's been badging out a little bit early. I told her that was okay. She's been taking care of her grandmother. She has to get home in time to relieve the healthcare nurse. So she works from home in the afternoon. I told her that was okay. Yeah, he has been going, uh, doctor, doctor visits recently. Uh, he has cancer. Uh, cancer patients go to the doctor often. I'm not gonna come meeting. He's got a vacation planned. I'm sure he could take it remotely. Um, but I'm not gonna do that because he's on vacation. I understand employees, most part of our business. Assuming we're not counting AI tokens. Uh, but the employees, most important part of the business. No business. Business employees.
