workplace performance improvement plans. Also known as PIPs or as I call them, the beginning of the end. They are not there to improve you. That's the God's honest truth. It is to document your failure. Yeah, you heard it right. Look, this is my advice. If you have been put wrongly or correctly on a performance improvement plan, I would in the background start looking for another job. It is not there to improve you. Despite what some people might say, you know, corporate conforming wage slave sheep. Yes, it is there to improve you. It's a legitimate way of making you better. No, it's not. It's a way that they can document your failure at a timeline, essentially of you not being able to achieve their standards, which they'll just make up by the way, in order to get you on that written warning, final warning, now we've got to get rid of you. You might even find that you're put on a performance improvement plan when you've done nothing wrong. You're really good at your job, you're confident, you're competent. And that's probably the reason why you've been put on one. Because you do your job, you're an outside the box type of thinker. I think the totally wrong. They try to get me in my last job on a performance improvement plan. And this is what you can do. Exactly what I did. Ask for evidence of why you are being put on a PIP and then ask for the improvement plan to be emailed to you, clearly stating exactly what you are supposed to do. And when this PIP will end. You watch when it comes back to you, they will have problems with it. Uh, because they'll be scratching their heads thinking, this person knows we're onto them. It is simply to document your failure. And most people are too scared to go against the grain and go back against the system and say, No, I don't need to be on a PIP. And if we are going down this route, give me evidence and clearly state what I'm supposed to do. And when this PIP will end. You watch when it comes back to you, they will have problems with it. I love being told what to do and spanked on the body to improve myself. Ignore those. It's the beginning of the end. If anyone is put on a PIP, despite what some of the sheep, the minions who are obsessed with the system say. No, I love PIPs. I love being told what to do and spanked on the body to improve myself.
