23,000 jobs lost in the month of July and our unemployment rate is to 4.1%. And anyone who thinks that we're not having a crisis with the job market is absolutely delusional. Like people have commented on my video saying that they've worked at Google and can't find a job for over a year. And I'm to the point where I haven't got a job interview for four months. It took me four months to get the interview that I've gotten now and that I'm in the process of maybe, maybe getting a job for it took me four months. And if I don't get this job, I'm gonna have to start the process over again. If it takes me another four months, that's eight months of my life fucking wasted. Eight months of my life fucking wasted. Just waiting to hear back from somebody. Just hoping. All the networking and all the other shit isn't working. It's not working. I see so many people commenting on my videos and saying they spent so much time tailoring their resumes to the job description. They spent so much time reaching out to people on LinkedIn and trying to network. They spent so much time even trying to find places to go in person and it's not working. It's not working. It's absolutely ridiculous and that's where we're at and I'm terrified.
