Engineering is the best college degree

Engineering is hands down the best major you can get into in college. I do not say that lightly. And you might, well, Ram, there's so many other majors out there that pay. You can go into investment banking, be a lawyer, a doctor. Those professions make, like, 1.52 times the than an engineer does. But what you're missing is that if you go those fields, one, you're probably to be in school for a lot longer. Be a lawyer, school for an extra, like, three years. Go and be in school for like, eight or nine years. It doesn't even stop there. The hours you, a doctor, a lawyer, a investment banker, working insane hours, 80 to 100 hours a week, every single week. In the medical space, you're working late into the night, early in the morning. Absolutely insane. And I don't say that to put those professions down. I have tremendous respect for all the lawyers did, all those people, those different majors. That is all your passion, then props to you. That is insane. I couldn't do it. But if you want the most amount of leverage on your time, engineering is 100% the way to go. You are learning valuable skills that can not only be applied in your workplace, but on top of that, you are earning an insane amount of money, well above a livable wage. And you still have time to enjoy life. So if you're about to go into college and you are not sure what major in, I really recommend that you look into engineering.
