I'm so jealous of kids who are just in college, don't have to worry about the tuition, just living on campus, living the life. Some people will never understand the weight of being from a low income community and then trying to get through college. There is a different level of stress and anxiety knowing that if I don't succeed, if I don't do well in my classes, get good grades, graduate and get a good job, like my entire future hinges on the fact that I do well in college. If I don't do well and I don't get a good job, then I can't just go back home and live with my parents. No, like it is all up to me.
