Calling out Groupon Mystery Getaways for not disclosing the departure airport is a lottery within itself. Okay, here's my question, because this is what I have the biggest problem with is the upselling of it all. From my understanding, the reason why there's such a large price difference from just the voucher is because we switched the airport and you have to look at flights from the new airport, correct? Yes, ma'am. So the biggest issue with this legally is the fact that it is disclosed absolutely nowhere on your website that there is a lottery system that there is a lottery system for the airport departure at all. It does not say that the airports you select are gonna be by random draw of the lottery. I had to put down three different airports. You would assume that your first airport that you write down is going to be the one that you pay the voucher price for, So I don't think that this is legal or fair to upsell us that much when there is no disclosure that that is part of the lottery process. Because, ma'am, uh we need at least three departure airports because system will pick the random draw that is not disclosed when you buy the voucher and for same for the dates as well ma'am. As mentioned on the Groupon as well. The dates are mentioned on the Groupon but not the airport. Do you see what I'm saying? That this is like the biggest problem here. Okay, I totally understand, ma'am. So I can place this problem for the airport for the three airports for my team. Yeah, cause you guys will be facing a very big legal issue And I'm sure a lot of people are already getting ripped off because of that. And if that is what you are basing up-charges off of, you are completely misleading and in my opinion, scamming the consumer. Ma'am. As I told you, if you want to take the refund because that mentioned also on the Groupon that the random draw reveals your destination for gold, silver or bronze. Right. It will choose my destination based off the departure airport. But it does not say that the departure airport is gonna be random. I wanna go on my vacation. But I'm saying you should not be charging me $300 a person more because you didn't disclose that the airport is by lottery. And if you want to fly from specific airport, then because the draw has been done. So I just checked manually the destination and everything right now. Do you understand what I'm trying to argue here though? You disclose the destination is lottery, the dates are lottery. You do not disclose that the departure airport is lottery, but the destination is reliant on the departure airport. And now you're making me pay more because you failed to disclose that. You cannot tell me how you are pulling the prices that you are because of quote company policy. That's really shady. Why? It sounds like no matter what everybody's getting charged, it's like up fee. I'd be curious to see the statistics on people that actually get a destination for what they pay on the groupon. It sounds like what you guys are doing is consistently charging people more money. Ma'am, I just transferring as I check the supervisor is available. So I just transferring the call to my supervisor, okay? hits the fan in part 4.
