One of the most underrated cooking hacks I've learned to minimize my oil intake without having to skip it all together. Block of butter. Unwrap it. Make sure your pans hot. Use it like a little paintbrush. Rub it on the pan. I've used maybe one to two grams of butter and I still get a fully greased pan and I still get to enjoy the flavors of the butter. You are welcome.
