I always start with the pelvis, looking at the sacral angle.. Then I look at shoulder and hip alignment. Is the trunk upright over the pelvis? Next, the rib cage. Where is it sitting relative to the pelvis? Then the arms. What angle are they hanging at, and how does that affect the elbow, hand and rein? That’s the system I use when assessing a rider’s position and movement. It gives me a framework to look at the bigger picture, rather than judging one body part in isolation or just looking at the bigger picture. The @SymmFit tops and jackets help you see rider position more clearly. If you want to learn how to assess and understand your own position, that’s exactly what we work through in the online Riding Ready Position Course #riderphysio #riderbiomechanics #ridingexplained #ridingready t’s exactly what we work through in the online Riding Ready Position Course #riderphysio riderbiomechanics ridingexplained ridingready
