First off that's a beautiful physique. That's freaking awesome physique. No one's denying that. But you guys know what's the reason why people get butthurt when they don't agree with body fat estimations. They're getting in the comment section and basically make this type of video cause they're fully aware there's a possibility it might be true. It took quite a bit of time to figure out why the guys are perpetually underestimating their body and the reason is actually pretty simple because people tend to fixate on their leanest body part. They use their leanest body part or body parts as a reference. Unfortunately, there's a major problem with that. Usually our leanest body parts are the worst indicators of our overall conditioning. Therefore skewed numbers, that's why people tend to underestimate their overall body fat percentage. So guys when you're trying to get a body fat estimation, first of all post close shots. Everyone looks a little ripped especially under a good lighting from distance. And second, always make sure you share or provide the pictures or videos of your fattest body parts, least conditioned body parts, body parts where you store most fat. That's actually a proper reference because "you're as shredded as your fattest body part". Now let's get back to this guy obviously we can't see his legs. But the moment he turns around, you can see he's probably not a single digit body fat if we just count upper body alone. And it's clear he's trying to showcase his most ripped body parts. His midsection is pretty tight for improvement in terms of conditioning there too. He stores a little bit more fluff in his chest. But considering I'm trying how to properly estimate someone else's body fat percentage or your own body. I'll leave the actual body fat estimation to you guys. Just apply everything I've talked about a couple of moments ago. But anyways gotta get back to this game won't finish itself right!?
