I've lost 260 pounds eating in a calorie deficit. This is my Apple Pie Burrito. It's only 90 calories and it has 13 grams of fiber. Let me show you how to make it. I use these La Banderita Carb Counter Tortillas. These are 60 calories with 4 grams of protein each. I can't taste the difference between these and a traditional tortilla. Then I fill it with 85 grams or 1/3 cup of this Great Value No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling. A pinch of Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement, a little cinnamon. And then tuck and fold just like a burrito. And a very light mist of avocado oil or cooking spray. And then we dust it with Swerve Granular Sugar Replacement and some more cinnamon. And then tuck it in the air fryer. That took about 6 minutes. This is actually just a Torani sugar-free caramel sauce. Don't expect this to be like caramel caramel. It's a little bit runny, but tastes really, really good. Get a bite.
