Big Mac Toast Credits= @rania.kitchen25 Zutaten für 6 große Toasts * 6 große Toastscheiben * 6 Scheiben Käse * 6 TL Senf * 6 EL Ketchup * 400 g Rinderhack * 1 Zwiebel * 4–5 Gewürzgurken * etwas Eisbergsalat Gewürze fürs Hack: * 1 TL Salz * ½ TL Pfeffer * 1 TL Paprikapulver * 1 TL Zwiebelpulver Soße: * 80 g Mayonnaise * 40 g Ketchup * 1 TL Senf * 2 EL Gewürzgurkenwasser * Salz, Pfeffer & Zwiebelpulver nach Geschmack Zubereitung 1. Toastscheiben auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen und jeweils mit Käse, Senf und Ketchup belegen. 2. Rinderhack mit den Gewürzen gut verkneten und gleichmäßig auf den Toastscheiben verteilen. Die Zwiebel fein hacken und darübergeben. 3. Bei 200 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 15–20 Minuten backen, bis das Hack durchgegart und schön gebräunt ist. 4. Für die Soße alle Zutaten miteinander verrühren und nach Geschmack abschmecken. 5.
