DAY 1/15: Lateral Hold + Crossbody Knee Drive I rarely do sit-ups, these are the dumbbell core moves I do instead. 😉 This move targets your obliques and deep core while challenging your shoulder endurance, balance, stability, and crossbody coordination. Try it: ➡️ 12 reps per side ➡️ Repeat for 3 rounds ➡️ Keep your core braced and avoid leaning to either side ➡️ Use lighter dumbbells that you can control Save this for your next dumbbell core workout and follow for move 2 tomorrow! Moves like this are regularly programmed inside my dumbbell-only weekly workout plan. You’ll get 5 brand-new workouts every week, 30 + 60-minute options, and a complete plan to help you progressively build strength at home. #homeworkout #athomeworkout #core #abs #workoutroutine
