7 signs you’re coping with stress better than you think: ——— Hi, I’m Sasha 👋 Together with a doctor, I’m building Anticipate — a companion for chronic stress and burnout. It helps you to: • track patterns • catch burnout early • build anti-burnout habits (eg prioritizing rest and recovery) Search “Anticipate” on the App Store 🤍 ——— 1. You recover after a stressful day You might feel overwhelmed in the moment, but your body and mind eventually come back down. 2. You can still sleep reasonably well Stress may affect your sleep sometimes, but it doesn’t completely take over your nights. 3. You still have energy for parts of your life outside work You can still see people, cook, exercise, walk, read or do something you enjoy. 4. You notice when you’re reaching your limit You’re able to recognise “I’m getting overloaded” before you completely crash. 5. You can say no sometimes Not perfectly. But you’re starting to protect your time, energy and attention. 6. You ask for help instead of carrying everything alone You talk to someone, delegate, ask for support or admit when something is too much. 7. You make space to recover before you’re completely exhausted You rest because you need it, not only when your body forces you to stop. Coping well with stress doesn’t mean never feeling stressed. It means your system can still return to baseline, you can still function outside the stressful situation, and you’re giving yourself enough recovery to keep stress from becoming constant. "HOW DO I GET THERE?!" I’m creating Anticipate to help. It connects your data and journal, shows you what keeps you stuck in stress, and helps you find realistic space to recover around the life you actually have. So you can feel alive again.
