Product placement

Anticipate (app): helps users catch patterns behind crashes and shows them when their body needs to slow down. It is ACTING as it is being built by the creator and presented as a solution to burnout. Removing it would change the video's purpose. Anticipate App (iOS): mentioned in the creator's bio as the app being built. It APPEARS as a destination for the user to search. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.

I wish I knew sooner... that not being hungry in the morning, feeling ragey and irritable, always being in a rush, needing coffee/wine, having anxiety, fatigue, and 3am wake ups are all signs that your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. I ended up in hospital with chronic burnout at 34. Now I'm building Anticipate to help you catch the patterns behind your crashes and show you when your body actually needs to slow down.
