The family of 12-year-old Paige Ruth Le Roux is asking the public to help bring her home. Paige left her home in Forest Village, Eersteriver, on 26 September 2026 without telling anyone and has not returned. She was last seen in Camelia Street, Forest Village, at about 14:45. There has been no contact since she disappeared, and her whereabouts remain unknown. Paige Ruth Le Roux is 12 years old. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, a brown long dress and black sandals. Anyone who was in or around Camelia Street, Forest Village, or nearby Cape Town communities that afternoon is asked to think back. Check phone photos, dashcam footage, and CCTV from shops, taxis, schools and homes, and speak to neighbours who may have seen a child matching her description. Community activist and ActionSA MP Dereleen James has stopped by the grandmother’s house and, during a live, appealed to the community to assist the family searching for Paige. Her call was for practical help: share the alert, look again at footage from 26 September, and pass any information to the family contacts or the police. The appeal underlines that this search depends on people in Forest Village and the surrounding areas, not only on those already looking. More than a week has passed with no confirmed sighting and no message from Paige. For a child of 12, every hour without contact matters. A missing-child appeal is not a rumour to debate online. It is a request for information that can be passed to the people searching for her. If you have seen Paige, or if you know where she may be, do not approach anyone you believe may be involved. Contact the numbers below, or go to your nearest police station. Until a formal police reference is published, share only what you know with the contacts above or with SAPS. Do not invent sightings, and do not spread unverified claims about where she is or who she is with. Please share this alert widely, especially across Forest Village, and nearby communities. Paige is only 12. A single confirmed sighting, a piece of footage, or a neighbour who remembers that afternoon could be the detail that helps return her safely. #JustAdvocacy #MissingChild #PaigeRuthLeRoux #ForestVillage
