I never thought I would see the day that the word agency would show up in Y combinator's official request for startups document. It's like, not even close. I agree with some of what's in here. As someone who's been building AI native agency for the last year, I would say what they don't cover in here, which is the biggest hurdle to making this a reality is the team structure. Because there are people who are top 5% of AI adoption who like, are wearing the superhuman suit everyday, who use whisper, who use cloud, who use Octo, these amazing tools, they can accomplish like 100x more. They can. But then there's this other group of creatives and people who are, are falling incredibly behind. They maybe don't have like the right motivation for putting on the superhuman suit because maybe, like, paid more. I've heard from founders of, people running to this problem. So I think has to change with this is the, the team structure. The team structure, this can become a real big deal. So I think if people can figure out that team compensation and that team structure, this can become a real big deal.
