Hi, my name is Julian and 1,826 days ago. I started a beauty business without knowing anything about entrepreneurship. At the start, we were packing orders ourselves after work, figuring everything out as we went with no real experience doing anything like us. And for a long time, it just felt like a side project. Today, that business has grown into an eight-figure company. We have a team, a warehouse and thousands of customers. And I'm still learning how to do this better every single day. I think from the outside people think I've made it, but really it's just a different stage of growth. Right now, I'm focused on building something that's more scalable, more intentional and more innovative. We've grown without relying on paid ads and I want to keep pushing that by building a brand that grows through content, community and really strong fundamentals. And outside the business, I'm also trying to get better at how I live, being more present, more focused and more intentional with my time.
