Trigger warning, we have literally less than 24 hours until we're all back in the corporate shakes in the slavery. And as a victim and survivor of the corporate tuning, we're mail prepping today. Yes, bitch. We're mail prepping. Now, typically, I make my lunch the night before work. But this week I was like, no, I want some time back in my schedule because every single day I'm fighting for my life as soon as I leave the motherfucking office. Who knows, maybe I can add 30 minutes to my schedule now and pick up a new hobby like reading because Lord knows I need to increase my IQ. That was prime example. I almost just choked on a banana. Honestly, maybe I should have choked on a banana. Maybe I don't have to go to the work tomorrow. I would have chocked on the banana. If you watch my what I eat in a day during my 95 videos, you would know that I eat a shit ton of food during the work day. But the guy is, and a lot of people aren't realizing a lot of those foods are very low calories. So I can have a higher volume amount of food. Typically, I try to keep my breakfast in lunch under 1200 calories in total. Because usually I eat around 17 to 1800 calories a day because I am in a slight deficit. Now, if you guys probably notice, this is not an aesthetic meal prep video because first of all, I don't have all that time in the world to be doing that. Secondly, every time people were saying, it took me 5, 6, 7 hours. Bitch, I already work at 9:00 to 5:00. I'm not spending another 9:00 to 5:00 on meal prep on Sunday. I'm so sorry. I was doing this in less than 2 hours. It took me exactly an hour and 45 minutes, which included me recording the video. Because I'll be damn if I have to work another 8 hour shift on the weekend just to damn cook. I generally don't understand how people do this adult shift. Like I I don't I don't get it. I really don't get it. The crazy thing is I'm literally 26. I have to do this for probably another 40 Are you hitting me? Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't give up in the middle of this video because I actually hate cooking so bad, but I did find some easy recipes on Instagram. Now, I didn't follow any recipe specifically. I kind of just like watched and it was like, okay, I'm just making my own. And honestly, if for someone who doesn't cook, and I'm not even lying, I'm not the best at cooking to be quite honest. I kind of ate. I kind of ate this shit up. Like, call me Gordon Ramsay cheat because this look this food looks good at hell. Now, I have breakfast and lunch for the next four days and I don't have to starve.
