During her time there, she actually increased the percentage of female managers from 38% to 50% And as Chanel, today, women hold more than 60% of management positions under her leadership. What's also interesting is that she wasn't some sort of fashion insider. She was personally handpicked by Chanel's co owner and executive chairman, Alan Wertheimer. And both Leena Nair and Alan Wertheimer were instrumental and hiring Matthieu Blazy as Chanel's new creative director, who obviously picked Bhavitha open up his debut show at Chanel Meanwhile, this is the CEO of Louis Vuitton This is the CEO of Thom Browne And this is the CEO of Prada You see what I'm saying here?
