Optimise your bio like a pitch.
It should instantly tell brands what you create, what
makes you different, and what to expect from you. Give
them an easy way to contact you and view your work.
Example:
"UK UGC Creator | Creating content that fits
naturally into the feed
ugcwithname@gmail.com
↓ Portfolio"

Pin 3 videos that summarise you
A brand should be able to land on your profile and
immediately understand your content style, personality,
and how you naturally sell a product.
Some examples you can use:
• 1 talking-to-camera video
• 1 aesthetic/product demo
• 1 problem → solution style video

Show your face and personality
Brands are not only looking for good editing, they are
looking for creators who can communicate naturally on
camera. This is one of the most sought-after skills!!
Create more talking-to-camera videos where you
explain a product, tell a story, or speak through
a problem and solution.

Create content that solves a brand
problem
Most brands are looking for content that explains a
product clearly, makes it feel relatable, or helps drive
conversions.
In your content avoid saying "I love this product"
instead follow the structure of:
Hook, Problem, Solution, CTA.
We want to know:
• who it's for
• what problem it solves
• why someone would actually buy it

Your portfolio should show your
range.
Different formats, different tones, different product
types. If everything looks the same, brands assume you
can only do one thing.
You don't need 50 videos, but try to have 1 of
each:
• talking-to-camera video
• voiceover
• tutorial/demo
• testimonial style video
• aesthetic B-roll
• problem → solution content

Show your thinking, not just your
content.
Brands are more likely to trust creators who understand
strategy, customer behaviour, and why content works.
When posting your UGC examples, you can break down:
• why you used a certain hook
• why the video works
• the audience you were targeting
• what would make someone stop scrolling

Create mock content for the brands you
actually want to work with
Brands are more likely to reach out when they can
already picture their product in your content style.
E.g. If you want beauty UGC deals, your page should already include:
• skincare demos
• beauty testimonials
• product tutorials
• problem → solution beauty content

Post consistently!!
Three to four times a week minimum. A dormant page
tells a brand you are not active or available, even if you
are.
You do not need to post perfect content every
day, but brands should be able to see that you
are actively creating and improving regularly.
