If you're using Microsoft Copilot at work and you are not using this one simple feature, you are potentially wasting hours a week. This is my favourite feature in Microsoft Copilot because it allows me to save time, but not only does it allow me to save time, it allows me to operate in an environment where I can just get so much more done, so much faster. That simple feature is the ability to send meeting invitations to multiple people directly in the Copilot chat. Everybody knows if you've worked in a business or corporate environment how challenging it can be to send meeting invitation to multiple people. As some people might have their calendars up to date and some people might not. So you end up going back and forth for a long period of time. And you could just be doing this in Copilot in less than 60 seconds. Let me show you. All you have to do is come into Microsoft Copilot and ask it to find a meeting time that works for you and the other people you're trying to schedule a meeting with. Then it will suggest some times. All you have to do is select one of the times that works. Press send meeting invitation. If you want to add some details, you can do that and you are done.
