Today's budget. Today's budget is. This was a Saturday in New York City, so even though this was a higher budget than usual, this was still especially difficult. I got my day started with a pretty affordable breakfast from one of my new local delis. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup on a roll, and this thing couldn't be bad if it tried. I had to add a little bit of my own ketchup, but it's not as good as the ketchup that they actually put on there when they make it. I don't know if it's just the temperature or what, but for $5.50, I am not walking away mad. After that, Reagan and I went on a little walk and I had to pick up a Diet Coke. I'm pretty sure the number one most affordable way to consume Diet Coke right now is a large Big Gulp from 7-Eleven. This would usually cost $3, but right now at random 7-Eleven locations, you can get it for 59 cents. A price that's honestly just impossible for me to say no to. After that, we went to go meet up with friends, but first I had to stop in Chinatown. I've had these noodles with peanut butter sauce before and I remember them being good, but not this cheap. This entire steaming hot container cost a whopping $3.25. After that, we did some bar hopping with our friends, played some pool and drank a lot of water. You can still have a good time even if you're not drinking and saving money. For dinner, I was picking up one of New York City's best burgers that I was praying would fit in my budget. I got the fried onion burger and it lived up to its name. Probably my favorite for $8.17 under budget. For eight dollars and forty four
